yan ang pangalan ng taon na ito, ayon sa manunulat na si marjorie evasco.
and it is so... appropriate.
but the reason i started another entry here is my desire to talk about vision.
i think it is important that a person who wants to lead must have a vision. dapat din ay alam niya kung saang direksiyon niya gustong dalhin ang kanyang grupo.
kung walang vision ang isang tao, ang grupo ay routine lang ang gagawin. there will be nothing to look forward to. walang magmo-motivate sa kanila to work well, perform well. kasi para saan nga ba ang kanilang ginagawa? they don't know. because walang vision.
so, ia-apply ko iyan sa akin. i must have a vision for the division. i must have a vision for each project. then turn the vision into goals. to make the vision become more achievable.
noong nag-assessment at planning kami last year, ang sabi ko kina marj, ang goal natin for 2020 as a group ay less mistakes. less mistakes sa lahat.
wala silang comment and i think they understand what i want to happen.
now that i am looking back at it, i believe that goal is not enough.
