The National Book Development Board is inviting its registered writers, artists, editors, translators, and other individuals in the publishing industry to an afternoon of ideas exchange on June 18 2014 at 1:00PM. This kapihan session will be held at the NBDB Office located at Unit 2401, Prestige Tower, F. Ortigas Jr. Road (formerly Emerald Avenue), Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Sam Sotto, Mina Esguerra, Carljoe Javier, Beverly Siy will share their experiences as well as their advocacies related to Filipino authorship, publishing, copyright protection, and readership. This will also serve as a venue for creators to discuss various issues and concerns they face among themselves, with the objective of arriving at concrete and sustainable solutions.

Interested participants who are not currently registered with the NBDB are also welcome. They may file their application for free upon registration during the event.
